Hello to our amazing community:

After careful consideration we’re cancelling our OcSOBERfest event originally scheduled for this Saturday from 1:00 – 4:00PM, due to the weather. But don’t let that dampen your spirits we’re already planning more community interactive activities.

OcSOBERfest is a free community festival—where the food gets loaded and the crowd stays sober🍿🌭🍭! 

Add decadent delights to your coffee, hot cocoa, or ice cream, and load up your hot dog, pretzel and popcorn. With unlimited sweet and savory toppings, you can layer on the flavor all afternoon.  

We’re countering the stigma of addiction in our community with good times and a great sense of humor. Join us for a day of autumn-themed activities and incredible entertainment, including inflatable obstacle course, pumpkin painting, face painting, interactive hula hoops, stilt walker and so much more.

This fun-filled, family-friendly event is hosted by the Westminster Rescue Mission, which is home to the Addiction Healing Center, a CARF-accredited long-term residential recovery program, and the Mission Food Program, a distribution partner of the Maryland Food Bank and the largest re-distributor of food in Carroll County.
