  • Where: 658 Lucabaugh Mill Road, Westminster
  • What: TEFAP*-Qualified households only
  • Distribution Method: Drive-thru

Food Truck
  • When: Every 4th Wednesday at 3:45pm
  • Where: Eldersburg Commons rear parking lot (off Ridge Rd) behind the shopping center. Across Ridge Rd from Carrolltowne Village Apartments.
  • What: Perishable and non-perishable food items. Neighbors who meet income qualifications also may pick up TEFAP* in addition to the regular food distribution.
  • Distribution Method: Drive-thru

  • When: The 3rd Thursday each month from 5-6:30pm
  • Where: Sandy Mount United Methodist Church, 2101 Old Westminster Pike, Finksburg
  • What: Perishable and non-perishable food items. Neighbors who meet income qualifications also may pick up TEFAP* in addition to the regular food distribution.
  • Distribution Method: Walk-up location.

  • Where: Hampstead’s Little Free Pantry at St. John’s United Methodist Church (1205 N. Main Street)
  • What: Perishable and non-perishable food items.
  • Distribution Method: Walk-up location.

Food Giveaway - Taneytown

Food Truck and bags of groceries
  • When: the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 3:45PM
  • Where: In Taneytown in the parking lot behind McDonald's (520 E. Baltimore Street)
  • Distribution Method: Drive-thru
  • Additional Info: Household goods are provided to patrons by United Way of Central MD

Please note: This distribution partners with United Way of Central MD

  • When: the 1st Thursday of the month at 9AM-11:15
  • Where: Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 38 West Baltimore St, Taneytown
  • What: TEFAP* ONLY
  • Distribution Method: Check in inside; truck is located in the back parking lot.
  • Additional Info: Provided in conjunction with meal available at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran and the weekly pantry distribution of Carroll County Food Sunday.
