On October 3rd, over 300 people gathered on Westminster Rescue Mission's campus. The day was filled with family-friendly fun, food, crafts, and of course inflatable costume races. Days like OkSOBERfest remind us of all that hope is real, that connection is powerful, and that people caring for one another can change lives.
