Who We Are

WHO

The Westminster Rescue Mission is a nonprofit Christian organization committed to seeing lives healed and transformed. The Mission's two distinct areas of service include:

Our ADDICTION HEALING CENTER (AHC) provides CARF-accredited programming for both Residential and Outpatient services. We offer holistic  approach to  substance use disorder treatment from a client-centered perspective. Our current services include:

  • ASAM levels 3.1, 3.3 & 3.5 Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment
  • Outpatient Level 1 (both virtual and on-site) & 2.1 (IOP)
  • Transitional housing

Our multi-faceted, faith-based, treatment approach is tailored for each client regardless of ability to pay.

For those experiencing food insecurity, the MISSION FOOD PROGRAM serves as the largest redistributor of food for the charitable food community in Carroll County. Hunger relief is approached through three strategies:

  • Redistribution of food to approximately 20 free-food organizations within Carroll County
  • Mobile distributions within the community
  • Distribution for The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) on the Mission campus
